Great location and lovely friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.

The Fav Lux Hotel Sapporo was decent overall, but its location made things tricky. It’s quite a walk from the nearest station, which isn’t ideal, especially when you’re dragging suitcases through the snow. Airport is new and clean. We didn't have time to explore Chitose, but this stay at Terminal hotel was very pleasant
