Clean room, nice facilities. Lobby gets very crowded during check ins/check outs. Ground floor cafe never appeared to be open outside of breakfast. Family mart at ground floor and Lawsons very close by. Nice views from gym & wellness suite on top floor

Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. The room was great and very spacious. We were initially directed to a lobby that was under construction for check in, but managed to figure it out.

We stayed a total of 6D5N and housekeeping was only done ONCE on the 4th day throughout the entire stay. It gets pretty dusty and messy Though thrash is cleared and towels changed daily just by leaving it at the door. Convenience is the washer+dryer and “kitchenette” with crockery and cutlery provided. ...

Clean room, has all kinds of amenities, safe and secure, close to downtown. Only that the noise control is rather weak. But indeed a 5 star experience!

Airport is new and clean. We didn't have time to explore Chitose, but this stay at Terminal hotel was very pleasant
