room was comfortable indoor pool was ice cold i thought an indoor pool would be heated but boy was i wrong toocold for my grandaughters to play in they were dissappointed as was i and the whirlpool was nothing morethan a jet stream shooting out fron the deep end of the pool at both corners the breakfast was only till 9 so missed it as did the next three couples that came in after me they wereexpecting it to last longer i was able to get a coffee and toast but also not happy about missing breakfast it should be open till ten on vacation one shouldnt have to wake up early to have a free breakfast

The room is clean but there was no breakfast that was promised as is listed and I did not know that there was a deposit which I barely had enough money to pay for and I was under the impression it was a refundable deposit that I would get it back which wasn't and the guy when I checked in was very rude and he gave me a lot of attitude when I checked in and I will never stay there again

We stayed here one night first room was completely disgusting there was trash and pee in the bathroom and dirty used bedding and towels they told us there was no housekeeper to clean rooms we were on the 1st floor we were offered another room on the 2nd floor it was similar but a bit cleaner. When checking out we asked for our deposit back and the lady acted like we never gave them one. Definitely NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN !!

Air conditioning was not great no matter how low it was turned down. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet rim and didn’t stay on well. Had to listen to someone in another room having sec half the night.

The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Then to top it off we were greeted with police in the hallway. People in the room across the hall thought there was a camera in the bathroom mirror!

Staff was not overly friendly, very indifferent to if we existed. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal-no milk to be found. A waffle maker was there. No eggs. No yogurt. The bed was comfortable. The towels were hard and uncomfortable. For the price, i would not recommend.

This was the best night stay I've had on a last minute road trip. It was very quite, the bed was comfy and I got my deposit back in about 3 days! I wasn't expecting it because these places usually don't honor it but I did receive my deposit! That and how quite it was deserves a 5 star in my opinion!
