The noise carries from hallway and rooms close by. People coming home at 1am and noise waking us up every night. Service and breakfast was great and outline of hotel is lovely. "Overall this is a nice place to stay if you just want to relax. We had a junior suite with a pool and did just BnB. Breakfast is good. Spa is good. Gym is good. Service regarding rooms could sometimes be hit and miss- we had to ask for the air con to be seen to on numerous occasions, the room to be cleaned a few times and there was one turn down service in 10 nights (just because we asked as we noticed it was supposed to be included (not that we particularly needed it). There is a small working village just outside the hotel with a handful of restaurants, supermarket, couple of convenience stores. A walk through the village takes you to the monastery which is worth a visit. The walk along the seafront is lovely with about 8 or so restaurants- all good, inexpensive, with beautiful setting. The beach at the hotel is just okay- it’s small, the hotel beach bar is good and convenient for the beach. I would not be going to this hotel for its beach. You have to walk across a car park littered with debris to get to the beach. Main pool area is very good and well maintained. It was a lovely temperature (in July). Tennis courts were good. Can’t comment on any evening entertainment or hotel restaurants."

"It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"
