"This is a good hotel to stay before or after visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Rooms were large and very clean and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Continental breakfast was available and was fine"

"Had a lovely 3 night stay. The home was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the location right on and overlooking the river. The guys had a great time being able to walk right out the back door to the river and fish! Our host Gordon was very helpful and knowledgeable. Can thoroughly recommend this property."

"Mark and Laura, the host and hostess of the beautiful mountain retreat we lived in for nearly two months , were so cordial and focused on our stay being peaceful and not having to be concerned with anything . They were very quick to respond to any issue or question we might have about anything. They are both very kind people and so easy to communicate with . The mountain retreat we stayed in could not have been more beautiful inside and out. Mark has hand built and decorated the most beautiful mountain retreat. Every room has a unique style, and it includes an incredible bathroom with a very large jet tub, raindrop shower head, and water that comes from the ceiling ! Outside is a wrap around deck on top of the world, or at least Yampa Valley , with fresh air and majestic views that are breathtaking and hard to even describe in words . It is a beautiful and unique property you will not find anywhere else , and the hosts are also so unique in their care for the home and guests staying in it . It is a peaceful, Beautiful, Blessed mountain stay that is rare to find and will not be forgotten as you make memories there!"
