“The man running Penny's diner and the hotel front desk gave my room away "to railroaders because we have a contract" was very rude and thought it was funny with his friends that I had driven from steamboat for.my room and there wasnt 1 for me when infact it was paid for . Resulting in me sleeping in my car due to no refund and no where else to stay with my son in the hospital. Will never reckmen this hotel to anyone. Very disgusted with the whole situation a reservation should have been up……

“Super friendly staff. Not much in Kremmling I stayed there because it was convenient for a rafting trip. If that wasn’t the case, I would have kept driving.”
