If you're considering renting this condo, don't hesitate. It's especially perfect for a family of 4. It has a great layout and worked well for my family. We love North Topsail and have stayed at St. Regis before. You can't beat the location and Todd is an excellent host. He's very responsive and does everything in his power to ensure his guests are happy. We'd definitely stay here again.

This property was beautiful. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the master bed felt very similar to my tempurpedic mattress at home. The master bathroom has a very nice double head shower and digital controls. The second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full bed still had room to set up the pack and play for our little one. The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need including a keurig that will brew an entire pot or a single cup of coffee. What better place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning than a nice big balcony overlooking the ocean? The entire condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable for the entire family.

The location of this condo can't be beat. The ocean view from the deck is amazing. You can see the sunset from the front porch, too. The location on the island is perfect for getting to everything to do and places to eat, but far enough from the bustle to be quiet at night. Of course, we went off-peak so things were pretty quiet anyway. The condo was the perfect size for our family of five to be comfortable. The bunk beds were great for the kids. Access to the beach was quick and easy. We had a few safety issues that the owner addressed right away and it was easy to get in touch with her. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back to Topsail!

Had a blast!! House was overall comfortable and nice to stay in, and you cannot BEAT being within walking distance of the beach.

Comfortable, clean central island location.

The camper was immaculate. Just as shown in the pictures. The owners demonstrate great attention to detail. They have thought of everything, including labels identifying what was included in every drawer/cabinet, and having the camper stocked and nicely cooled upon our arrival. For this first timer staying in a camper, Carol was amazing!!! She provided timely communication, answered all of my questions, and even messaged after check-in to make sure everything met our expectations . We loved the location being directly across from the bath house and laundry room. The bath house was kept very clean and exercised covid protocol (using Clorox Wipes and Lysol). The camper is only a short walk to the beach. We felt safe in the RV park and it was quiet by 8:00 pm. We highly recommend!!!
