The room we originally booked ended up undergoing renovations, and Tony kindly upgraded us to an even better room at no extra charge. They also reached out ahead of time with check-in information, and when I noticed the times were off and called to clarify, they graciously allowed us to check in early — which gave us an entire extra day to enjoy our trip!Everything was incredibly clean,……

“Awesome stay, everything was easy for the check in process, much different than the usual talk to someone and get the key process. Instead, you’re giving detailed instructions and everything’s quick and easy. Amazed how equipped the rooms are and the kitchen has lots of supplies or cooking utensils. I didn’t know the island was hit with a king tidal wave that a lot of decks were under construction and the indoor pool was impacted from a storm that it wasn’t open while we were there.
