Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. The best part was being given access to the beach club (5 min drive or 20 min walk). We went there and spent time at the beach and swimming in the pool. They offered outdoor showers, rentals of surf/boogie boards lounge chairs, etc.The pool was warm so my kids swam for hours. The offered drinks and a full menu. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great location and great stay.

The resort is beautiful, with plenty of bars and activities to choose from. However, we had money stolen from our room, which was very concerning. When we reported it to the front desk, they only had us complete an incident report and never followed up, which was disappointing. I would strongly recommend using the safe for valuables. Additionally, when we requested a refill for the minibar, which was already empty upon arrival, it was never restocked. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly throughout our stay.

Beautiful views, wonderful staff. Very accommodating, polite and helpful staff. The evening fire show was fantastic, most romantic stay we’ve ever had.

The rooms are beautiful & the view is incredible. Staff is friendly, helpful & welcoming. The restaurant was outstanding. They made us feel very special. We will definitely return to Suitree. Next time we will stay longer.

I would not stay here again. They did a horrible job with out room after reports of ants infestation and no English channels on the television. They waited 2 days to change my room. Staff was not helpful at all. The food was horrible. The steakhouse was not good. I would not recommend this place to stay in costa rica. However our non alcoholic drinks was made to perfection by the female bartender who knew us by name.
