The staff and food were great! It’s a beautiful property with a great selection of restaurants and activities. It’s due for a remodel which we heard is happening this year. We do wish that the beach belonged to the resort. You have beach access, but are met with lots of non resort vendors selling local goods including illegal things. That was a big turn off and I wish the resort could do something about it. Even my teenage son was offered stuff. Besides that, it was a memorable vacation and we will consider the Riu resorts in the future.

The rooms are beautiful & the view is incredible. Staff is friendly, helpful & welcoming. The restaurant was outstanding. They made us feel very special. We will definitely return to Suitree. Next time we will stay longer.

Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. The best part was being given access to the beach club (5 min drive or 20 min walk). We went there and spent time at the beach and swimming in the pool. They offered outdoor showers, rentals of surf/boogie boards lounge chairs, etc.The pool was warm so my kids swam for hours. The offered drinks and a full menu. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great location and great stay.

Excellent stay, different mindset, of a luxury guesthouse with residences vs a typical international-standard hotel. Once inside your residence apartment, you will find a generous combination of materials, marble, natural wood fortitude, luxury ceramics, and fully equipped kitchen off of a decor magazine. The hotel pool bar is the only hang out area, where you get everything from your breakfast to afternoon drinks (no other meals offered). Everything was great, however I wish they would change the breakfast options instead of the same few items every day. I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told them it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday, prior to arrival and during the checkin, and no arrangements were made.
