Fabulous location and a perfect place to gather your family or friends for a celebration We were here for a family wedding and had 3 couples staying Plenty of room and everyone had their own private room and bath which is a huge advantage. Loved the gathering areas, especially the deck and fire pitIt's a beautiful home in a perfect location. Easy walk to multiple eateries and shops. The ability to park 2 cars conveniently on-site is an added advantage.

Great, convenient location in Toronto right near Yonge and Eglinton intersection. Host was extremely communicative and provided clear information and instructions about the property. Could have been slightly better stocked with extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. but the property overall was excellent value and looked even better in person than the photos!

Entrance was hard to find as there were no visible house numbers and there were not enough extra blankets for the pull out couch. But it was nice to have dedicated parking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I think the patio will be quite nice when it's warm

The place was awesome and spacious. Loved the outdoor space. It was walkable to great restaurants and close to so much stuff. The beds were comfortable and the place allowed us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked. It was disappointing that the TV could not connect to the WI-FI despite communication with the host. When we booked the host required communication of the number of quests but only provided 6 towels which was not enough. The host never made it right even after communication. Also, what is it about host that only provide a half roll of towel paper in each bathroom, so I recommend you bring your own.

This is a super cool property that I consider a bargain.There is a really fun, huge balcony that I didn’t use because it was super cold when I visited Toronto for PDAC.Even though my event was at the Convention center, ride shares were plentiful and reasonable.The kitchen was everything you need and though fully equipped with everything you need.The place even includes a garage, which I did not use.My only downgrade is for check in because there are several doors on this building and in freezing cold weather, toting luggage I had trouble finding the correct door (last one on the left), and which lockbox contained the key. Once inside it was awesome.

Great location in Midtown Toronto. The supply of toilet paper included two half rolls even though there were three bathrooms. There were no paper towels. The lamp fixture in the upstairs bedroom had a broken knob. The bathroom upstairs had a broken toilet paper holder. One of the ceiling vents was missing a cover. The cleaning service left the vacuum cleaner and mopping equipment in a hallway visible to guests instead of putting them away in a cupboard. Although it's advertised that there is a washing machine and dryer in the unit, there was no laundry soap provided.

The property overall was pretty awesome. Definitely a cool occasion. The layout is also pretty cool. It was mostly easy to get just about anywhere. The property was very clean with the exception of the Internet issue. I’d give this a rating out of a 10. I was staying by myself, so it didn’t really matter, but there was a pile of cat poop upstairs too on the second floor outside on the balcony, which kind of made it smell while we were out there but again I was by myself with my girlfriend, so not a big deal. Oh and one of the bedrooms, the light was flickering on and off. I didn’t have it on too long, but it flickered turned off flickered turned off, and then I just turned it off so in one of the bedrooms.
