Inside, the accommodation expands into a spacious double-depth layout featuring two double bedrooms, a twin room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and an additional shower room with WC. The interior design is bright and welcoming, with the dining area seamlessly flowing into the kitchen, which boasts a Belfast sink, integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, under-counter fridge/freezer, and a De’Longhi Bean to Cup coffee machine, making it perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. On the lower ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a separate shower room with WC, Belfast sink, and washing machine, providing convenience and privacy. The first floor houses the twin bedroom and a generous family bathroom, offering ample space for guests. Ascending to the second floor reveals a king-size bedroom and a cozy living room with a traditional wood burner, creating an inviting atmosphere with breathtaking sea views that can be enjoyed from multiple vantage points within the property. Situated in the village center, the cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, local shops, pubs, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Kingsand and its coastal surroundings. While there is no private parking, a nearby pay-and-display car park is less than two minutes away. The property includes Wi-Fi, linen, and towels, and is pet-friendly with an additional fee.
