"Great location especially if you're planning on using the Genoa Principale train station. Property shares amenities with the hotel next door and the lobby bar, lounge area and terrace are beautiful. Parking is a bit tricky but best to pay the small premium on hotel valet if you have a car. Old school elevator is great! Didn't get a chance to use the spa but would definitely stay there again if in Genoa. Best cappuccino and breakfast pannino is at the stand across from the train station and...

"The property is elegant and conveniently situated next to the Principe train station. But zero external noise. Breakfast buffet is generous and served in a beautiful space. Staff are cordial and helpful. A 10 to 15 minute walk to most activities."

"The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...
