“What a marvelous hotel. Great staff, easy check-in, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, delicious and generous breakfast and very well situated in Trapani. Excellent value for the cost. “Extremely Disappointing Stay in Apartment No. 7
I stayed for three nights in Apartment No. 7 and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The property had a pervasive sewer odor throughout the apartment, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in.
Cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. The bedspreads appeared unwashed, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower was in poor condition with a leaking, malfunctioning faucet. The mattress in the bedroom……
