“En general, la casa no cumple con las condiciones de salud para ser habitable. El olor a humedad al entrar es nauseabundo y el apartamento está lleno de moho y humedades. El desagüe de la ducha verde, bueno lo veréis todo en las fotos... La ventana del dormitorio no se cierra, literal, y da a la calle... Llamamos a los responsables y fueron muy amables, nos dicen que lo saben todo y que lo entienden, y que nos devolverán el dinero si lo pedimos a través de Hotels.com, por lo que cogemos otro……

“A charming little family-run hotel. It felt a bit surprising to find such a lovely property in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but that ended up being part of its appeal. The grounds were very well maintained, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A comfortable and memorable stay.”

“The host was friendly and accommodating. They served breakfast an half hour earlier than usual because we had an early ferry to Favignana. They have one area for improvement: no wine glasses, no tea and no coffee in the room. Another problem is that I suspect their Wi-Fi is hacked. When I first made the reservation and communicated with them in March. I received a scammer message pretending the property asking me to provide identification information. “Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.”
