“We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. We were able to try different local wines with local cheeses and snacks, which was a wonderful experience. We would love to……

“Apprezzabili l'attenzione e la passione dei gestori nel portare avanti la struttura, MA: - la presenza di un pollaio nelle vicinanze con il canto continuo dei galli (a cui rispondono gli inevitabili canil) alle prime luci dell'alba rende il riposo faticosissimo - i servizi in camera sono spartani (p.e. letto particolarmente "molleggiante" e assenza di uno specchio) e soprattutto c'è poca pressione per l'acqua corrente. That being said, everything about this property (and I mean everything), plays a distant second fiddle to the winery. I think the unsubtle message is that guest rooms and the meagre facilities are clearly there solely to provide cash flow to the winery. Oenophiles will be absolutely fine with this but for everyone else, two days will be more than enough.”
