"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. The accommodation is so quaint, lots of lovely blues and Cornish ware China, everything you need to make a cup of tea and coffee and toast and the hosts very kindly left us a cream tea to enjoy when we arrived. "Staff were super nice, gardens were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Nice location close to Falmouth, but very rural feel. Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and uneven mattresses with noticeable indents where people tend to generally sleep. In morning when going to breakfast we had to dodge piles of dirty linen and supplies all along the narrow hallway where cleaning staff had stripped beds already. Seemed an odd system for a 4 star hotel. Despite these last comments still a very pleasant stay!"

"This hotel has some absolutely stunning views and would definitely recommend visiting and staying here! There is also a health spa which had a swimming pool, hot tub and a gym. One thing to note is that you need to book a swimming slot on the day. This worked out well as it means you have the swimming pool to yourself which was nice. There is also a games room which has an air hockey and pool table which went down well with the kids. Breakfast had plenty of hot options which tasted great as well as the typical continental options as well. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside in the family room was that once the 2 children beds were out, there was very little space for walking and the beds were also blocking the wardrobe which made getting stuff in or out of them a little bit awkward. Also, a note to mention that my children reported that the beds were not very comfortable. Other than this small issue, the rooms were lovely and clean."

"Small but very adequate room and very cheap. Great for a one night stay before the ferry journey to the Isles of Scilly. Food in the pub good and reasonably priced. Bed comfortable and only downside- no hot water supply to washbasin. Never mind, I thought, warm a kettle of water! But oh dear, a double whammy- the sink plug isn’t sealed properly and all the water drains away as fast as you pour! However, shower in bath works well. All in all pretty decent."
