"My adult son and I were long overdue for a mother/son getaway, so we chose this tranquil little spot right on Lake Champlain. It was perfect for a weekend of relaxation and reconnecting. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, sitting by the fire, and conversing and laughing on the shore of the lake while watching the sunset. Even my 25-year-old adrenaline-junkie boy said he was able to relax."

"Property is beautiful and cabin was very cozy and clean. Hiking is nearby but I was perfectly content spending the day at the cabin and enjoying the various sitting spaces around the property, and of course the lake. The table and chairs on the dock was a favorite spot. Host was lovely to communicate with and made us feel at home during our stay with practically everything we needed. Definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back in the future! Thanks again! "

"I will not go to this property again due to the owners and the way they handle things...I wanted to give it a higher rating but after dealing with certain things...I couldn't do it. We drove 11 hours to stay here and when we showed up the place was dirty. It didn't even look like it was cleaned. The bar area was packed with trash, the flat top grill was overflowing with grease, the oven and stove top had residue and crumbs all over it, every dish or utensil I tried to use was dirty, the kitchen...

"Tots Cabin is the perfect combination of lake side house with modern conveniences. The screened in porch overlooking the lake with a table for 8 meant we ate every meal outside; even in the rain. The location of the house was both private and part of a community. There is a private beach and the kayaks were great and easy to use. In addition, Brian and Johnny were extremely responsive to our few requests. We will definitely consider staying there again if we vacation in the Burlington area."
