“The old house was fascinating, very unique. Check in was easy but alittle different in that we did not see anyone til the next morning. Breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend this B&B as long as you want peace and quiet.”

“The hosts were incredible and the breakfast was amazing! We loved sitting with the guests each morning at a family style table. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was lovely. AC worked great. A small tv and free WiFi . My only critique is the The bed was very very loud and creaky and definitely needs to be replaced but other than that, it was a lovely stay!”

“The hosts were friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants were great. Breakfast at the guesthouse was always very good. I loved the homemade yogurt and the french toast casserole was so yummy. The homemade blueberry ice cream kept in the hallway freezer along with ice was great. “We had difficulty finding the place but after that things were fine. I think the host was annoyed that we were running late getting there but I was requested to let her know when we were 15 minutes out which I did - unfortunately we had to drive around for about an extra 5 - 10 minutes because we couldn't locate the place. “This is the perfect place to stay to explore Seneca Lake. The property is right on the Lake and has a dock, kayaks, a swimming pool, and pickleball court. Great wineries and restaurants are close by too. The owner is wonderful and makes the most delicious breakfast.”
