“The lake house was not only big enough for entertaining our extended family of 10, but fully equipped for fun down on the lake. We loved the kayaks, the stand up paddle boards, and the kids and teens loved swimming off of and playing on the foam floating mat. We lounged around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows for s’mores one night. And the icing on the cake was that our three senior dogs could be with us, so we brought along a couch cover and kept the lawn clean so that the owner might……

“Super fun little cabin you can spend all day in. Has everything that someone needs to enjoy themselves. Takes a little work to get some things going but everything is provided so its really no issue. Will be back again.”

“My nephews loved the house and the owner was lovely at all times. Unfortunately, the cleaners left the hunting room, with dangerous equipment, unlocked. The owner was very upset about this Maybe she needs a new property manager.”

“Diana's place here by the creek was exactly what we needed to get away for our long weekend! I would have to say it's probably one of our best experiences we have had at a rental so far! Everything was as described, the house had plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and listening to that creek off the deck was so peaceful. Colgate Lake right down the road was a nice visit, as was the hike to Kaaterskill Falls, and of course the views of the fall foliage and the surrounding mountains was……

“Had a terrific time at the Catskill cabin! The amenities were all you could ask for. There are many ways to spend time at the cabin between the hot tub, barbeque and activities/exercise room but most fun was sitting on the screened porch and watching a wide variety of songbirds. There's a resident groundhog and a family of deer wandered past a few times. The proximity to Saugerties, Cairo and the town of Catskill are big pluses. If you need to get away from it all, this is the place. ”

“We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! The cabin is meticulously maintained and it is very clear that the family loves their home away from home! Can’t wait to return!!”
