There was no body wash or conditioner provided in the rooms, only shampoo, which we were told to use as body wash as well. The dish soap was essentially water with only a small amount of soap in it and appeared to be diluted by about 90%. When we asked for it to be replaced, we received the same watered-down product again.
The second bed was a sofa bed with loose parts, causing it to make noise whenever someone moved. There was also no air conditioning, and the rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. Overall, the accommodations did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or cleanliness.
