“We arrived Hervey Bay at its transit centre. It was convenient to just catch a bus and arrive just outside the motel in 15 minutes. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and nice. Though you can tell the property isn't very new, it was maintained in good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was crispy clean and the bed was comfortable. “Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment.
