"Cleanliness & Comfort Very high marks for how clean the rooms and common areas are. Beds, sheets, general room comfort are Great. Staff & Service The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel team goes out of their way to accommodate needs. Good Location It’s in a safe, upscale part of Bogotá (Chicó / Chapinero / near the World Trade Center / Parque 93) with easy access to restaurants, commerce, etc. Breakfast & Food Breakfast: variety, freshness, decent restaurant food. Dining on site is appreciated. Spacious Rooms / Luxury Feel Suites are large, often with apartment-style features, which many guests like. There’s a sense of luxury in decor and amenities. Carolina, Hector, Romain, Ernesto, Luis they go above and beyond in service, very accommodating. Will come back for sure!!"

"The apartment was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable .Had great views of the city. The terrace was very nice. It was a safe, clean part of the city.Close to Usaquen and the park. I much preferred it to zona t which I found very dirty and shady. La candelaria is nice to visit but I wouldn't want to stay in that part. Bogota's a very large city you will have to Uber or use public transportation to get around the various areas. This place is centrally located to all of them. Taxi rides through the Uber app are cheap less than $5 to any area, about $10 to 15 to the airport."

"There was no window to open, that was the only problem for us. We preferred not to walk on the streets at night. During the daytime, it looked like a safe neighbourhood. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice, service was great. There is a big shopping mall across the street, and the market was open 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay there!"

"Breakfast great, ladies from the kitchen prepare eggs and omelets on demand and they were very kind and helpful, front desk nice, only bad issue was my room was oriented to the 7th Avenue and early morning the traffic noise was loud, next time I will ask for a room not oriented to the Avenue"
