The property is beautiful, the people are nice and best of all… I got a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was fabulous - get the eggs benedict. My only complaint, which is minor, please serve tea with the correct temp of hot water. I know tea drinkers are the minority but hot water will go a long way with us.

A Great Easy Location to get to & from to all of the eating establishments & attractions in the area.
Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out. Our stay for 2 nights was heaven. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow. Just the right softness and I had no problem sleeping that night. We found everything so clean and inviting. It was a little outdated. The couch was low and so was the chair. I am handicapped and I had to be helped off the couch. It was uncomfortable also. The bathroom needs some sort of heavy glass. Running to the kitchen for a glass is dumb. I had a handful of medication and needed a glass. To the kitchen for a...

I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

We were only disappointed at check in! Arriving @ 2 to check in, we waited until 3:30 and our rooms were still not ready!! We had to leave for an appt. We had to leave for. We were hoping to get cleaned up after our 8 hr drive before our appt!
