This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!!

Spotless hotel! Even always smelled so clean. Alexandro was wonderful along with all the staff! From check in to breakfast everyone was kind and friendly. If we had good weather it would have been a perfect trip! Thank you to everyone that went above and beyond for us! Grazie Mille❣️

the hotel was hard to find but the staff were very helpful

Beautiful property set in large grounds with top of the range amenities. The hotel is very peaceful. It is situated in a fairly remote location yet is very handy for visiting Nardo, Lecce, Gallipoli and other areas of southern Puglia. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our room was one of 3 not in the main building and approximately 300 yards from the restaurant and bar area. This was only an issue when the weather was poor which, unfortunately for us, it was for 2 days of our 4 night stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Castello di Ugento. The property is truly unique — a beautifully restored historic castle that feels intimate rather than overwhelming. The room is elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the castle is peaceful. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the warmth of the team. Service is thoughtful and personal without being overly formal. The culinary experience is also a highlight — you can really feel the focus on local ingredients and quality. If you’re looking for a quiet, character-filled stay with a strong sense of place, this is a very special option.
