The property is in a decent location which is walking distance from the old town. The draw back is that it is located on a busy street which was very loud throughout the night especially with the window open (no ac or fan) on a hot summer night.

No breakfast, no hot water at night (and nowhere to complaint as the front desk closes at 20.00). No hot water first part of the morning, no parking spaces available. Do I need to go on....

Wollte gegen mittags fragen ob ich mein Auto schon dort abstellen könnte, die Rezeption sollte besetzt sein, fand aber nur ein Schild vor. Ein Zimmermädchen meinte dann, die Chefin kommt in ca 1 Stunde. In der Zwischenzeit sind auch noch 2 weitere Personen gekommen. Am Abend war dann besetzt, sehr freundlicher Herr. Gute Tips erhalten. Die Unterkunft wird zur Zeit renoviert. Das ist dringend nötig. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen über. Bett war aber sauber. Im Bad ein Schild: kein Trinkwasser. Lage ist wirklich toll, fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Hoffe die Renovierung verbessert den Zustand.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and unfortunately will be my last. This used to be a nice hotel that served a delicious breakfast, but this past stay was terrible. We had 2 rooms booked, and both rooms were dirty. Black mold in the showers, cobwebs and dust bunnies in corners. Every time we passed the front desk there was always a sign someone would be right back. A couple times we waited for a few mins to hopefully speak with someone but no luck. Our first morning we were heading down for breakfast, only for another guest to tell us they no longer serve it. I was traveling with my elderly mom and 3 year old niece, so no breakfast meant i had to find an alternate place and spend more money than i would have for the hotel breakfast. That was a major inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. There is a Best Western down the street which will be my new go to hotel for my future Trier visits.

Flussblick gab es nicht wirklich stand ein Baugerüst vor dem Haus. Sollt man doch fear erweisen vorher mitteilen. Extremst Laut. Keine verdunkelung über Nacht. Geruchsbelästigun von draussen. War auch wie ein Raucherzimmer. Sorry aber hier war alles schlecht!

Würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eingang nicht ansprechend. Einige Tapetenecken lösen sich. Keine Verdunkelung im Zimmer. Bad groß aber die Dusche müsste dringend von Kalk (und Schimmel) gereinigt werden. Sowie Wasserhahn und Duschbrause auch. Frühstück war gut. Lift vorhanden. Lage des Hotels ok aber bei offenen Fenstern (Hitze) sehr lauter Straßenverkehr.

Ich war froh eine nahe Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zum Krankenhaus gefunden zu haben. Als Unterkunft für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen. Die Beleuchtung am Bett funktionierte zum Glück, eine ungewollte eiskalte Dusche war nicht so dolle. Dafür war ein Wasserkocher und Instand Kaffee wieder vorhanden.

Dårlige parkeringsforhold ved sen ankomst

Svært at få øje på hotellet da det var ‘pakket ind’ pga udvendig renovering. Parkering næsten umuligt da alle pladser var optaget og parkeringskælderen var reserveret. Det tog tid og ikke lige det man havde lyst til 23.30 når man har kørt hele dagen. Receptionen var lukket men vi havde fået nøglekode. Værelset var stort og rent så helt ok. Ingen personlig kontakt.

Hotellet stod ikke til forventningene ifht pris og med dårlig og slitt inventar, i tillegg møkkete bad og hotellet var pakket inn i plast/stillaser. Røykvarsler i taket var tatt vekk og takplater ikke på plass. Gardiner hang på halv tolv. Vi anbefaler ikke hotellet. Vi kan dokumentere med bilder.

Eine solide Unterkunft. Leider wusste ich vorher nichts von dem Baugerüst das momentan um das ganze Hotel ist. Das Frühstück war solide. Nicht die größte Auswahl aber man findet was. Leider merkt man dem Hotel sein alter an. Für einen Städte Trip ist es dennoch voll okay.

Greit hotell, ikke noe mer

Helt greit hotell. Stilaser på fasaden og ligger i et litt slitent strøk. Ser ganske slitt ut både utvendig og innvendig, men var greit nok. God seng. Ekstremt varmt på rommet, ingen A/C og mye støy fra veien når vi måtte åpne vinduet for å lufte. Billig og sentralt, man får det man betaler for. God service.

Das personal war sehr freundlich. Was mir nicht gefallen hat,dass es dort extrem laut ist. Selbst Nachts war dort viel verkehr und es war sehr laut. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen,war somit unmöglich. Der Eingang des Hotels,entsprach auch nicht den Bildern. Im nebenzimmer konnte ich Nachts den anderen Gast husten hören. Ich hatte Blick auf dem Parkplatz.

Tre stjerner er nok en for meget. Værelset var stort nok. Meget lille brusekabine og det meste interiør var af ældre dato og lidt trist at se på over alt. Hotelllet ligger lige ud til stærkt befærdet vej, og det var meget varmt, så vi måtte sove med åbne vinduer da der ingen klima anlæg er.

It’s near river except river is extremely boring the Roman remains are in centre which is about 2 km ! It’s an average hotel with a kettle and coffee ! It’s near Roman bridge !
