Great location, front desk unattended
"Overall is a nice option. Located in the center of town is convenient to exploring the attractions of Tromsø. We walked around late at night to experience the 'Midnight Sun' and we didn't have an issue at all. Pretty safe, clean and interesting town. Room was great with bunk beds that the kids really enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing and included. They have a small parking lot underneath the property so is a gamble whether or not you can get a spot. I do have a complaint: They leave the front desk unattended. When I got there to check in, I waited for at least 20 minutes and there was NOBODY in sight. Just a sign on yhe desk: "We'll be nack soon". I had parked the car outside in a public lot so I needed to check in quickly and move it. Literally as I was walking away this young lady shows up and checks me in. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel with affordable price. My room was very small but it was very clean, and the bathroom was very clean and modern which I care about the most. The dinner at the restaurant was really good too. It’s also right across from the cruise terminal, so it’s convenient. It doesn’t have parking, so be aware of 500nok over night parking fee at a lot couple blocks away."

"This place is located a little outside of popular vacation spots I heard about, but the view was stunning, and the fact that the entire roof was covered with grass was so cool. They kept the rustic feel to it in the lobby and the dining room, but the room looked modern and new. I chose this place because of the convenient location for our road trip, but I would love to come back just to stay there and relax for few days."

"The staff is amazing! Truly a welcoming environment. Not the newest, fanciest or best view, but best staff. The place is set up to make you comfortable. Perfect setting at the water and center of Tromso downtown. Good value and everything out the door. Including Tromso Outdoors, where we rented bikes that gave access to the whole beautiful area. "
