“We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment ”

“We arrived a little early for check in but Pauline on the front desk told us where we could leave our luggage and booked a table at the restaurant for our dinner and rang us when our room was ready. The room was lovely, with. Kingside bed, lounge area and a balcony overlooking the marina. Peppers is right beside the ferry terminal, so very convenient and the bus stop is right outside the ferry terminal. Our dinner was lovely and the wait staff very attentive. Breakfast was included in our room……
