"I made a big mistake booking through EXPEDIA...no refund when we had to leave one day early due to a snowstorm hitting.....we are currently snowed in with more on the way. EXPEDIA will never be my booking of choice. Sad policy not to at least refund a portion....weather conditions should be an exception to their strict, unheard of policy."

"the room was great, I parked right outside the door. Staff wad very helpful with all my questions. The only issue was no TV service. System was being upgraded by Spectrum, supposed to be done by Monday, never showed up to finish the job."

"Yes and yes. Construction was in progress so it was a work in progress that was handled with polite and knowledgeable staff. Our room was in the finished part of the restoration.Well done!"
