"Nice location , sound of the brook was great , ocean very close . Hosts Barry and Linda are so kind and generous. Kid friendly. Anywone wanting to escape for a few days or expore the bonivista Trinity areas great location. The host really go the extra mile ."

"Solid stay overall. It is an older building with some of the typical shortcomings that come with age, so do not expect a brand-new 5-star hotel, but it covers the basics well. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant on site is wonderful with great food and an excellent waitress, though hiring another server during busy times would help shorten the waiting time. Also note that breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, so it is not an option if you have to leave early. On the positive side, there is plenty of free parking space. The front desk provides complimentary coffee alongside a water dispenser to fill your water bottles to go. One small practical issue: the AC remote control was difficult to figure out, so providing clear instructions in the room would be a helpful touch. Overall, a good stay as long as your expectations are realistic for an older property."

"Because there is little access to data I could not find the info on vrbo because nothing would load. All our other places send info as a text to my phone which I could accessWe also didn’t know the code would change after the initial use. Luckily we locked in someone having a nap so they could open the door. Everything else was lovely"

"I love this house! This is my second time staying there, first was in July 2024. Everything was so easy! Very cute old house with lots of character, right in town so very easy to walk everywhere. The house was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. I highly recommend!"

"Sheila was terrific! The property was lovely and clean. well, we did not use the washing machine or dryer, they were certainly available. The water in Buena Vista and surrounding areas has a lot of iron in it, so the freshwater that was provided was greatly appreciated."
