“非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。”

They couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, assisting with everything from airport transfers to finishing my laundry late at night.
