This was our favorite stop we stayed at in Hanoi and northern Vietnam. Everyone we interacted with showed such great hospitality and was very welcoming. The breakfast is a great option if you want something low-key before going out and about into the hustle of the city. The rooftop bar is an awesome place for a night-cap!

Highly recommend

Very pleasant stay in Hanoi, in the central part of Old Town (“beer street” so super crowded at night). Really nice, modern and clean hotel. Nice rooms, really nice breakfast with buffet and a la carte + excellent staff and service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Hanoi

3 nights couple. Was impressed w the hospitality of staffs, especially Du who offered us early check in, recommend good restaurant & walking route. Love the homely room w everything that we needed. Breakfast each morning is awesome on top floor. The best hotel right in Hanoi at heart of old quarter.

The hotel employees were the best. They went above and beyond to assist in anyway they could. I ordered a package to the hotel and forgot all about it until they reminded me. They also arranged my transport to and from the airport. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Thank you staff members

Great location, the street transforms after dark great party vibe however the hotel is quite...sky bar has a great view of the city and the bartenders are on point...The first room we checked into had no AC they, the staff was quick to change rooms. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Great hotel

Very good hotel. Fantastic location for nightlife and restaurants. Close to tourist attractions. Right on beer street, but very quiet in the hotel room. Excellent service from staff throughout the hotel. They were happy to help with any questions, recommendations with food places, bars and tours. I was greeted at check in by reception staff called Jane. Very helpful and friendly. Then I met Du who recommended tours I wanted to visit. Brilliant recommendations, I went to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. I arrived at the hotel early and as soon as the room was ready they allowed me to have access to the room. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff, I really enjoy my stay at the hotel.

My gosh this is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Right from when we walked into the hotel, we were greeted with drinks and snacks and our bags were brought up to our room for us. The host gave us various recommendations for food and activities around the area. The room was lovely. They even offered us a complimentary upgrade without us even asking! It had all the amenities needed. In the morning, they offered the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced! So many different cuisines represented in the large spread of hot and cold dishes. It blew all my expectations out of the water. I wish I could always stay at this hotel wherever I traveled! Kudos to a great team at La Mejor Hotel!

The rooms are set back from the noisy main drag and located right in the hears of nightlife and quiet daytime coffee shops and cafes. The shower had very hot water quickly and with high pressure. The bed and linens were high quality - and the breakfast with eggs to order had ample meats, fruits, breads, and rice options. I highly recommend this hotel !!

Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. Staff went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. Loved the ambience of the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented.

I loved this trip, and staying at La Mejor made it even more special. It was my first solo adventure, and I’m so glad I chose this place. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed to visit, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially with the beautiful morning views. What truly stood out was the staff, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They even prepared food for me before I checked out, knowing I had an early flight and would miss breakfast. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. If I ever come back to Vietnam, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. This place truly felt like home. 💛

Every time you arrive or leave the hotel you are harassed by guys trying to get you into their bar restaurant. Anh at reception and Ngoc in restaurant at breakfast are good.
