They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). "I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. "We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic.
The staff were so friendly and attentive for the entire cruise, the food was great and a lot of it and it was extremely comfortable - very happy with the whole experience"

"Si tuviera que repetir la experiencia, repetiría el mismo crucero. Hotel elegante, limpio y personal muy amable, en especial Thuy. Fuimos a ver una cueva e hicimos kayak. Comimos, cenamos, desayunamos y almorzamos y la comida estaba realmente buena. Todo incluido menos la bebida, cosa que pagando casi 400€ la noche me parece muy feo. Entiendo que no te pongan vino, pero cobrarte una botella de agua me parece muy mal. Es lo único que no me ha gustado y creo deberían cambiar. El resto perfecto 👍"

Once we got on the boat from the tender it was straight into a delicious set lunch. We were in room 202 which was a bit more expensive but worth it for the panoramic views. Denis our waiter was lovely and so attentive and thoughtful bringing our son some ginger tea to help his upset stomach. The activities of kayaking and jumping off the boat swimming were lots of fun. All the staff were excellent. Highly recommend this Dora cruise!"

The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. She lost her cellphone while trying to keep guest from falling off the bamboo boat. She continued to serve with a smile despite losing a phone that could cost her a month's salary plus vital informations that may not be recoverable.
The bad - the dinner was good. However the French-style portions are not enough for hungry guests after a full day of activities. A side supplememts of fried rice or pizza would be nice for those the guests are still hungry.
The ugly - Rooms are clean, decor is slightly outdated. The worst part is the hotwater for shower. It took around 10 minutes for the water to get hot and the pressure is low. I think this a waste of water resources.
Overall, the tour was enjoyable and can be perfect if my suggestions are implemented."
