Enjoy The Historic Iron Horse located 1 block from Downtown and 4th Avenue. A renovated 2BR / 2BA home with all the standard conveniences of a home. One or Two free curbside parking passes are provided with your stay. An additional street meter parking charge is available for any additional automobiles.
If you need more space for your family and friends, consider also renting the Downtown/ Iron Horse Carriage House 1BR / 1BA for an additional nightly fee.

The Historic Carriage home has 1BR / 1BA and comes with a kitchenette and a full bathroom with two tandem parking spaces in the driveway. Additional City of Tucson Street meter parking is available for a fee - if needed.
Guests access staying in The Historic Iron Horse 2BR / 2BA home receive one parking pass for street parking in front of the house. The parking pass should remain on the dash or mirror at all times, otherwise, a parking ticket may be enforced and charged to the vehicle owner by the City of Tucson. Please return the parking pass on the wall hook adjacent to the front door. 
Guest staying in The Historic Carriage house 1BR / 1BA has sole access to park tandem in the driveway and use the southside gate entrance to enter the rear of the property. The steel double doors on the north side of the home should remain closed at all times.
Enjoy the many activities in Downtown Tucson and famous 4th Ave shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities and night life.
You are in the heart of Tucson! Just minutes walking distance to the neighborhood coffee shop and restaurants on 4th Ave.
No need to drive yourself or take a car…Take the electric car trolley throughout downtown and 4th Ave. for free during your stay.
Enjoy many other activities within a 10 to 20 minutes' drive such as the Tucson Convention Center, The Rialto Theater, The Children’s Museum and park, mounting biking, hiking trails, hot air balloon, sky diving, horseback riding and much more.
Guests may choose to rent one or both houses and a guest house. The 2BR home sleeps 4 adults (King bed and Queen bed) and 2 children (futon bed) or 1 adult and the rear 1BR cottage guest house sleeps 2 adults (Queen bed) and 2 children (futon bed) or 1 adult.
