Casago Company of Arizona, I writing to tell you I will be complaining to VRBO company for the extensive emails requiring further documents. I have rented homes from Scotland to Italy, Australia, others in the USA and New Zealand and have never been asked for a "picture of my passport or a picture of my charge card". You have received my deposit but continue to insist that further documents are required. I am really not sure what the issue is.
When we arrived at 11pm with my 87 year old mother the door code did not work. Nor did the alternative code work. We were then told the emergency supervisor did not answer the call. After 40 mins. on a very cold night we were able to get in after finding the lock box that was very rusty. All of this for 5 individuals who are retired. The man came the next day and it took 40 mins for him to fix the problem. No it was not us but the equipment.
