Great place
This was a very nice VRBO experience. As advertised. Easy check in and out. Great location. Very clean. It’s a mid-80s vintage property, but it went through a nice remodel in the not-distant past. We’ll book again in the future.

Foothills getaway
The place was clean, neat, well stocked, easy to get in and out of, and overall a great location for enjoying the outdoors. Great Thai restaurant nearby was a bonus. Plenty of space for the three of us. We loved this rental!

Wonderful location and experience
Our unit was perfectly located near the Catalina foothill mountains and the area we wanted to experience. It was very clean, quiet and orderly with very specific instructions supplied by the owners. The only insight I'd share is, if you arrive at night, the building/unit numbers can not be identified very easily, so ask the host to provide you directions as to how to arrive at the correct building and then unit. Everything was easy and host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay emensly!

Nice apartment and helpful host
What more do you need than a nice apartment and helpful host? The apartment had everything we needed and new appliances from the TV/sound system to kitchen/laundry. Jim (our host) was quick to respond to any questions we had and was really helpful and patient. I would happily recommend this place. On vacation you want everything to be easy and enjoyable. This was, 100%.

We love this place!
This is our second visit to this condo and once again, we had a great stay! Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the patio is amazing! We love the location -- so close to restaurants, a grocery store, and other shopping. Jim has been a top-notch host, quick to respond to any question or issue that pops up. And Tucson is the best place to get away in the winter!

Perfect for Thanksgiving getaway
Very well maintained 2 bed/2 bath condo on golf course. Very nice to have second bath for family with four adults. Second story unit was quiet and had nice mountain view. Furnishings included everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Owners were very welcoming and responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great location, great layout. Cleanliness left MUCH to be desired.
The previous cleaning crew did a terrible job. Dead flies in the window sill, food crumbs on the counter top, dried food on hot pads, grease in 2 fry pans, and a very, very dirty wood floor. Light bulb out in bath room and in under-counter microwave. I sent this report to the owner and never heard back, thus I am posting on the VRBO site.

Great spot! Loved the condo.
Comfy, well-appointed condo in a quiet location - perfect for our trip. Unfortunately it was cold while we were there so we couldn't use the pool or outdoor amenities, but the complex was lovely. The owner was very communicative, and the information on restaurants nearby was helpful. The condo was nicely renovated with clean, pretty rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was so clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals in. The views are great, access to parking was easy - we loved our stay!
