The Space:

Some rooms are decorated. This one was composed. Pink Riad is a brand-new Moroccan riad set inside the jungle of Aldea Zama — keyhole arches, hand-set tile in terracotta and geometric mosaic, carved wooden headboards, and a rose-and-mint palette that shifts with the light through the day.



The residence is a rare first-floor corner unit, which means what you'd hope for and seldom find in Tulum: you step from the interior straight out to your own large private pool, no stairs, no shared deck, no one above you. Water on one side, the quiet of the canopy on the other.



It sleeps six in real comfort- a king in the primary and two doubles in the second bedroom. A family or group travels together without compromise. Interiors were finished to be lived in, not just photographed: hammam-inspired bathrooms with warm metal detailing, natural textiles, and the kind of tilework that rewards a second look.

The Neighborhood:

Aldea Zama is Tulum's master-planned center, the polished middle ground between the beach and downtown. Tulum beach is just minutes away, reached entirely by paved roads, and both Centro and La Veleta are about five minutes out for dining, markets, and nightlife. You may not need to leave often, though. The neighborhood holds plenty on its own, with restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, spas, yoga studios, gyms etc. It suits travelers who want calm and polish without giving up quick access to everything Tulum is known for.
