Private Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi and massage jets are available at no additional charge.
Please note that this is a standard jacuzzi, not an instant-heating hot tub. It takes approximately 3–4 hours to reach a warm, comfortable temperature and is not designed to become extremely hot.

Jacuzzi heating is optional:
MXN 600 per day
MXN 2,000 per week for unlimited heating for stays of 7 nights or longer
The jacuzzi is cleaned and its water quality is adjusted every Thursday. Maintenance takes approximately 1–2 hours and cannot be rescheduled.

Important: Common-Area Facilities
Due to ongoing repairs in the Xalet common areas, the sauna, steam bath, and indoor jacuzzis in the gym are temporarily unavailable.

We are working with the developer to restore these facilities as soon as possible.

Pool & Patio Privacy
The private patio overlooks a tropical garden and the shared pool area. Guests can see the pools from the patio.

Because the common pool is directly in front of the patio, the patio may be visible to guests using the pool area. The pool area can also be especially attractive in the evening.

House Rules
Please observe the following rules during your stay:
No parties or events.
No drugs.
No smoking inside the apartment. USD 250 smoking fee applies.
Keep noise down after 11:00 PM out of consideration for neighbors.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed in this listing.
All guests must be registered in advance.
Unannounced visitors are subject to a USD 75 fee per person.
Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets. Stained or damaged items may result in an additional charge.
Failure to follow the house rules may result in a penalty of up to MXN 1,250, in addition to any specific applicable charges.
Additional Charges & Important Stay Information

Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mandatory cleaning is provided every 14 days. The fee will be collected through the Resolution Center during the stay and will match the property`s standard cleaning fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of up to EUR 250 may be required before check-in. Depending on the booking platform, it may be pre-authorized or processed automatically through the original payment method. It will be refunded after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and there are no additional cleaning or damage charges.

Reservation Changes Within 48 Hours of Checkout:
Reservation alterations requested within 48 hours of checkout, including extensions or date changes, may incur an additional cleaning fee equal to the original cleaning fee. Cleaning services are scheduled specifically for the original checkout date, and short-notice changes may result in charges from the cleaning provider.

Stays of 28 Nights or Longer:
Electricity is not included for stays of 28 nights or longer. Guests are responsible for electricity consumption, which will be charged separately based on actual usage.

Once scheduled, cleaning vendors may charge cancellation or modification fees if the reservation is altered at short notice. By requesting an alteration within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this additional cleaning charge.

Long-Term Stay Note: For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is not included in the booking rate. Guests are responsible for their electricity usage during the stay, which will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
