"I had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tupelo, MS. I’m so glad they’re dog friendly—and big dog friendly too, which can be hard to find! The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. I didn’t use the gym, and the pool was closed for maintenance during my visit, but that didn’t take away from my experience. A huge bonus was the Tesla chargers on-site. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely be back!"

"This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites, and I would rate my experience a 10 overall. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable — I truly felt at home — and the breakfast was hot and fresh. While I was very satisfied overall, I did have one concern. I was contacted in the middle of the day at my job and asked to make a payment for my stay, even though I was told at the time of booking that I could pay at check-in. My card is kept locked for security reasons, so the initial payment attempt didn’t go through. However, being called at work for payment was both unexpected and disruptive. If guests are allowed to pay at check-in, this policy should be honored without premature payment attempts. Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly stay again."
