This is a sweet, simple, very clean hotel. Located very close to the Porta Nova train station and with a couple of very nice restaurants down the street. The beds were very comfy and the staff nice and helpful. The room is small but well worth the reasonable price.

Not bad at all!
The hotel is situated 10 min walk from the center of Torino and suited us well. Big room, good bathroom even though the overall hotel probably needed a bit of TLC.
The hotel was good overall. Our room was slightly small but very clean. The hotel were very helpful in providing us with a free parking space for our motorcycle and the staff get a big thumbs up for welcoming us like that. We loved the city.
Very welcoming hotel within easy reach of the station which incidentally has a very good supermarket. Very handy for trains, metro and buses. Continental breakfast waa fine though the breakfast room is small but it wasn't a problem whrn i stayed.

The receptionists were really helpful and very pleasant. They carried our luggage to the room because there ISN'T any lift! We had requested for the ground floor before our arrival, but was assured that there were 10 steps, but in actual fact, a total of 25 steps! We're both over 60! There aren't shelves in the closet & the tiny bottles of shower gel sometimes don't flow out, but get stuck! The bed is comfortable & the bathroom is big, bright & airy.
We liked the kettle & tea sachets (when they are replenished!); the Carrefour express a few doors away & a nice restaurant for lunch & dinner about 100m away. The center is 20-25 minutes on foot. Many trams & buses pass near the hotel, so great if one chooses public transport.
We visited the city over a major holiday when parking was free everywhere, but instead of being informed, the hotel tried to charge us £15 per day. Luckily, one of my friends who lives in Torino told us about the free parking. When I questioned the concierge, he was very unhelpful and insisted that we would be charged even though parking was free elsewhere.
On our last day , we had a bag of crisps and the empty bag fell on the floor. Ten minutes later, it was full of ants both around it and inside the bag. Even though the rooms did not look dirty at first, the presence of ants clearly proves that they are not clean.
The rooms are not worth the money, the staff are not helpful, and overall the hotel is unhygienic.
I had a lovely stay, I just had difficulty connecting to the wifi and nobody could tell me why. Definitely not a deal breaker but would have been nice!
Very noisy room, I had very bad sleep because of noice.

Not real air conditioning – hotel-wide restriction
I booked this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. In reality, the system is locked so rooms can only be set to 26–27 °C. That is far too warm to be considered air conditioning — it only prevents overheating.
When I complained, staff dismissed my concerns, saying the room was “not warm” and even claimed I must be “used to a different kind of air conditioning with gas.” This is nonsense: all modern AC systems use refrigerant gas and should cool to 21–24 °C.
To try to justify this, staff showed me the temperature in other rooms — and they were all stuck at the same high level. It’s not just my room; it’s the entire hotel. Despite explaining that I was sweating and couldn’t sleep, I was refused a fan, a room change, or any solution. The receptionist simply shrugged her shoulders, offered no apology, and made it clear nothing would be done.
If you expect real cooling and a comfortable night’s sleep, you will be disappointed here.
The hotel would have been fine if it wasn’t for the air conditioning issue and not being able to sleep well. It is well located and the room was spacious.
Stanza calda, pulita e accogliente. Posizione top. Raccomandato
