Clean and quiet hotel close to the beachPosted Aug 21, 2015
I really enjoyed my stay at Ports of Call. It was closing to shopping and restaurants. It was also in walking distance of the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I feel satisfied with my trip experience and will definitely visit there again.

Pros: Affordable and convenient!
Cons: Complimentary Beach umbrellas.
Location: Near Grace Bay Beach and all the Grace Bay amenities.
Very nice boutique hotel with convenient access to dive shop, car rental, ice cream and restaurants. Short 5 min. walk to beach or take the hotel shuttle on the hour!

Close to everything so that was excellent. The room could be cleaner and the breakfast selection could be better as well.

Very enjoyable tripPosted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast which was very helpful to us to curtail cost and able to sit by the pool to relax
Cons: Shampoo and conditioner size could be bigger. Ended it up to buy a full size shampoo at the store. Very little thing but made me crazy
Location: Very convenient location, across the street from the beach. Food store and restaurants are in walking distance. We enjoyed an ice cream treat
First time in TCI, beautiful beaches, very nice weather. We had a car for the whole trip, visited several beaches including magnificent Taylor Bay beach. Tried conch for the first time and every thing there was expensive

Great location, ok hotelPosted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect.
Cons: Clean the floors better and filter the recycled water to reduce the smell.
Location: The location was great - a short 3 minute walk to the beach, lots of shopping within a 5 min walk, grocery store close and lots of great restaurants.
Overall our stay here was fine. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable enough. It had a nice shower, large bathroom with lots of counter space, a small frig, dining table with 2 chairs and a sofa. Two issues we had were 1) the floors were not clean and had a slimy feel the entire time we were there (tile floors) and 2) they used recycled water for watering plants which had an awful smell. Considering the price compared to other hotels in the area, I was quite pleased with the room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not perfect but I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel with a great locationPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The room, location, breakfast, the pool and lounging area. I would also like to say that the house keeping lady on our floor was absolutely terrific.
Cons: The bartender
Location: The beautiful and famous Grace Bay beach has every activity a beach lover could want. Shop at Mama's gift shop for your fun trinkets!
Ports of Call Resort suited our needs nicely for the week that we spent in Turks. The set up of the hotel makes for great socializing with the other guests. Decent pool and lounging area with a ping pong and pool table were fun. Breakfast was very much appreciated and was kept fresh and full, the sweet buns were delicious! The computers in main lobby were handy and we utilized them often. The room was a very comfortable set up, good beds, adequate sitting area. We used all the little extras like the blow dyer. iron and board, room safe and particularly loved the clothes line in the shower, may have to get one of those for home! The location was accessible to most everything. Close to the beautiful Grace Bay beach, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and most importantly the Graceway IGA. This grocery store was wonderful! It is very expensive to dine out every night on the island so check out the deli section for fresh, delicious and reasonably price food as a great alternative to nightly dining out. The owner of Ports of Call is super friendly and added a nice personal touch by greeting his guests with a sincere hello, much appreciated!

Great value for money - close to beach!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: We liked that this hotel was so close to the beach, had a nice pool and had free continental breakfast (awesome).
Cons: The rooms need a bit of updating as they are a bit dingy overall. The water pressure wasn't great in the shower but that may be across the island.
Location: Great little plaza nearby. Beach steps away. Shopping/Groceries/Restaurants are within walking distance.
Hotel is really close to the beach and a very good price compared to others on the island. Pool area nice. Rooms are nothing special but was definitely sufficient for the week. A great continental breakfast and an IGA grocery store steps away, were great additions.

Great price, great location.Posted Jul 6, 2015
The location is great. If you don't care about how AMAZING the "resorts" are across the street this is a great deal. This place is nice, clean and staff is super friendly. Great location and the breakfast is okay. Centrally located. If you want a view - you won't get one here. If you want a luxurious feel, you won't get it here. If you want a place to sleep and want to spend the money on shopping and amazing food, then this place will suit you. I would stay there again. But a balcony facing the ocean would be nice....
