When we arrived, fire engines surrounded the hotel and the word was a gas leak and all guests were evacuated. 2 hours later the building was declared safe. Little did I know that we would have no hot water and the hotel restaurant would be closed

Our room wasn’t ready until 6pm and there wasn’t really any apology made or reason given. The front desk staff wasn’t welcoming and sometimes wasn’t sure what was going on. The valet crew was amazing, way more friendly than anyone else that worked there. Two out of the three nights we were woken up by people banging on the doors down the hallway between the hours of 12-2 am.

Such a cute hotel! Only complaint is that I wish only hotel guests could utilize the pool. It was always crowded and hard to get chairs and almost all there weren’t guests.
