“I was given a room with a very squeaky bed. It was so strange to have a bed like this bec this hotel isn't cheap. But the staff was nice enough to switch me to another room that was lovely. The coffee in the room is an instant packet, they really need to put a Nespresso machine in the rooms like the Museum 21 hotels have. Otherwise a very nice hotel. Close to everything; university, bars, main street. ”

“The TV was nor working, i reported several times and they did not care. There was no internet. They never clean up my room anybdaybwe stay there. Terrible expirience. The room very tiny. AC make a lot of noise during the nigth. I had a terrible experience in the Hotel TRU ”
