“The hotel was good, we only stayed the night. Customer service was good at the hotel. The shuttle service was poorly managed before we arrived. No communication was recieved abd we had to take a taxi to the hotel ourselves. English was limited.
Shuttle service is every hour until midnight once you are at the hotel.
We used it as a stopover close to the Sabiha Gorken airport.it is around 45 minutes from the Istanbul sights.

“War zum ersten Mal in dem Hotel und bin sehr begeistert. Das Hotel Personal war auch ziemlich nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders loben möchte ich den Ömer an der Rezeption. Er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Habe ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen was ich sehr super fand. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sehr sauber. Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Hamam und das Fitnessstudio sind alles im Preis mit drin und sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Frühsück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich kein Frühstück gebucht habe.……
“Very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the Gebze centre so enough food options. Wifi on the otherhand was a bit slow. Youtube videos kept loading even on 480p. Enough options for Breakfast and also variety during the week. I'll def book it again.”
