  • This beautiful house is in an ideal location, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms with many great household amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. The house itself is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk to one of the most bustling streets in town, Tybreesa Street, and a 15-minute walk to the grand Tybee pier. Even though the house is located on one of the busier sides of the island, it still manages to be a very quiet and peaceful stay. If you want to grab a bite to eat, some of the best restaurants are just around the corner and offer great experiences with their unique themes. Don't worry about parking, you can walk to all the shops and eateries. At The 17Th Dream, we are sure you will have one of the best and most comfortable stays, filled with many great experiences and lifelong memories.

Nice place but seems a tiny bit run down, esp on the basement floor. External brick walk was full of weeds. Paint chipping and dirty floor in garage. Upper external deck floor was filthy - not sure the last time it was swept.

The amenities and location were excellent as was the communication. The beach gear and common area on the lower level were a nice bonus to the already open living/kitchen areas. All 3 bedrooms were large and were exactly what we needed for hosting friends for my husband's 80th birthday. It's only steps from the beach, Fannies, other restaurants, and the ever-popular Tybrisa Street. Clean. Cleaning supplies were a enough for all the days we were there.The fence gave us nice privacy from the neighbors and beachgoers. We had loads of fun riding bikes on the bike paths. Beach items, included: wagon, that held the tent/umbrella, beach chairs and small shovels.We would definitely return.

Super close to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store, and bike rentals. Matches the pictures and was very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

Savannah Bananas weekend

We stayed for long weekend to attend bananas game, fish, beach, and go out in Savannah.House perfect for three couples. Full kitchen, great beach access, plenty of parking. Very interactive and responsive host.

Amazing! Will be back!

This was the perfect house for a weekend in Tybee. Close to the beach and restaurants. We come to Tybee every summer and only want to stay in this house from now on! Communication with the host was also wonderful!
