Great Mid-Island, Beach-front Location! 3 bedroom single family house with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean! Step out front and step foot on the beach! You will enjoy stunning ocean views from the master suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath. A second room featuring a queen sized bed overlooks the ocean as well with each bedroom having access to a covered wrap-around deck. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Custom built in 2004, this house has heart pine floors throughout and 10ft. ceilings. Wireless internet is also included!! The views, beach access, nice furnishings, and even the great bath towels are much appreciated. There were only a couple of things to be aware of: parking a larger vehicle in the garage is a bit difficult due to the tight area. We also hoped there was a Keurig coffee maker since we had brought that kind of coffee, but the drip maker was fine. Both minor things. The porches were wonderful and we all spent a lot of time there. The main living space was open and easily had enough space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The property was also very well stocked with beach chairs and comfortable deck furniture. There were multiple convenience stores within walking distance. The garage is convenient, and the house has great beach chairs to borrow! We had a fabulous vacation. As other reviewers have mentioned, the house has a full flight of stairs up from the garage, a lot of stairs to the second floor, and all bedrooms up, which is worth noting for parties with little children, elderly folks, or anyone who has trouble with stairs. Location is great a few steps and you are on the beach, and 1-2 blocks from some of best restaurants on the island. There is also a convenience store and liquor store 2 blocks away which is convenient and easy. There were no corners cut in this house. Deck was amazing to sit on and watch the waves at night too. Plan on coming back with our kids next year! As a note it’s very easy to get a grocery delivery from Publix as well for families or couples who like to eat a couple meals a day at the house. We stayed in between Christmas and New Years Eve to visit family who had moved recently to the area. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The view could not be beat, so close to the beach. We enjoyed watching the large ships occasionally come and go from the river then out to sea. It was also a very easy walk on the beach to the lighthouse. Some of us even skipped another trip into Savannah just to stay at the house to soak in the atmosphere and relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the open concept on the main level had plenty of room. What more could you ask for. All the amenities of home were there including a charcoal filled brand new Weber Pot grill that we made use of a few times. The lower level (\~4 car garage) had chairs, a picnic table and louvered doors that opened up to the back patio area.. The The 2nd floor is the family room with a powder room & kitchen with great views. The 3rd floor has a master suite and 2 other bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. The views from wrap around balcony accessed from the master and another bedroom were beautiful. The location is great. We were able to walk to local restaurants and just a couple miles away from a grocery store. The communication with the owner was great, text and emails were responded to promptly. We will be back. I have been to Tybee Island the past 3 years, and I normally stayed at the property to the left of this property with the 3 properties in the pink building. I stayed on the corner property which has excellent views of the ocean from every angle. I had made recommendations for upgrades because the appliances were old and upgrades were needed to the property, so I didn't want to stay there again. I was fortunate to find this property. I was familiar with the area and was more than pleased when I stepped inside. The property is clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. You are literally steps away from the beach. I love the 2 outdoor levels and spent time laying out on the deck listening to the ocean. Very peaceful. I stayed with my best friend, but if you have more in your party, there is a nice area in the garage that you can open up for several people in case you wanted to have a cookout or socialize. The beds are very comfortable, and I rested well. The only recommendation I would make is to put a TV in bedroom that faces the ocean. My friend stayed in that bedroom and was hoping there would be a TV, especially at night when you can't really see the ocean. Other than that, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The property was fully stacked with everything you need, and the host was accessible and responsive. I highly recommend you stay here. ##### Tammy M.
