Fully renovated in 2022! New furniture and appliances as well as new paint and refinished floors!

Great Mid-Island, Beach-front Location! 3 bedroom single family house with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean!

Step out front and step foot on the beach! You will enjoy stunning ocean views from the master suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath. A second room featuring a queen sized bed overlooks the ocean as well with each bedroom having access to a covered wrap-around deck. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Custom built in 2004, this house has heart pine floors throughout and 10ft. ceilings. Wireless internet is also included!!

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed… the disappointment was the beach… when low tide was awesome… but… sometimes that wasn’t til 3 in afternoon! So bit of downside

Great property. One positive suggestion. When a property states they supply toilet paper and paper towels please leave extras.We ran out of paper goods the first day. Also we were allowed to have 4 adults and three children but only had 6 towels.Again just a positive note.

Perfect location with great beach access

Definitely the place to stay if visiting Tybee. The views, beach access, nice furnishings, and even the great bath towels are much appreciated. There were only a couple of things to be aware of: parking a larger vehicle in the garage is a bit difficult due to the tight area. We also hoped there was a Keurig coffee maker since we had brought that kind of coffee, but the drip maker was fine. Both minor things. Would love to stay again!

Great Tybee location

Accurate listing. Very clean. Outstanding ocean view and immediate beach access. No problems. Terrific north Tybee location: away from the pier crowd, but pier is walkable by beach or sidewalk. A couple nice restaurants nearby.

Great vacation!

We were in Tybee in another condo when the a/c went out. I looked on vrbo and saw this was available and actually reached out to hist before we booked. We ended up booking at this location and wished we had started here in the first place. Excellent location and awesome views. The house was clean and everything mentioned was available and ready. Would give 10 stars is I could. We will be back.

We want to live here forever!

Our family of 6, all adults, stayed for our Christmas trip the week before Christmas. The biggest plus of this house is location, location, location. It was just so enjoyable to have coffee on the deck, listen to the ocean at night with the doors cracked. We did have 2 rainy days but the view was still so inviting! The house is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and great room for all 6 of us! Everyone wants to come back for a week in the summer. Great communication as well. Everything 5 stars! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect house for the perfect vacation on Tybee!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful beach front home! The house was clean and just as beautiful as promised by the pictures! Caroline was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in coordinating our stay, always promptly answering any question I had. The house had everything we needed for our week stay, including a well equipped kitchen. The house is in a great location, just a short walk down the beach is the lighthouse. The house was quiet and it was nice to have our privacy. I loved that the beach was never crowded, it was perfect for our family vacation! We vacationed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 2) and had plenty of room for everyone, everyone enjoyed the house and was sad to leave (even the 2 year old was saying she "loved that beach house so much"). On mulitple occassions we were able to watch dolphins playing from the house and/or the beach just in front of the house. We were even approached on the beach by another couple who were interested in renting the house and wanted to know how we liked it. It truly is the perfect beach house for the perfect stay on Tybee Island. We all hope to return to Tybee and will not hesitate to stay here again...in fact I look forward to it!

Amazing House, Deck and Views

We had an amazing stay. The house is very clean and well cared for. Caroline was accessible for any questions. If we return to Tybee Island, this is where we will stay again! The outdoor polywood deck furniture are so comfortable.The breeze on the balcony allows you to enjoy it no matter how hot it is. And because of the L shape balcony, you can always find a shady spot to enjoy. There are even outlets on the balcony. The ground floor is a two car garage to keep the sand and sun off your vehicles. It is a narrow driveway. We have a mid size SUV and it took some backing up and going forward a few times, but then we were in. In the garage you will also find a nice deck table and chairs, along with many beach chairs to utilize. The garage doors have a remote that makes getting in and out of the house a breeze. One thing to note, the garage no longer has a view of the ocean since a dune has been built up. It’s also nice that there is a hose to rinse feet off here. When you go upstairs, you arrive in the open concept kitchen and living area with huge glass doors to the balcony for views all around of the beach and ocean. The living room has a very new-looking high back leather couch and two fabric chairs along with ottomans. A large flat screen TV sits on a stand which has a few books, games and puzzles. The kitchen has a round table with six chairs and is fairly well stocked with basic pots/ pans, bowls, plates, plenty of silverware, and a variety of glasses, mugs and wine glasses. There is a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The washer and dryer are behind closed doors off the kitchen. Make sure you bring laundry supplies as they are not supplied, along with paper towels and extra garbage bags. This floor also has a half bath. More stairs leads you to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a twin on the top. The next bedroom (has an ocean view/door to the balcony) has a queen bed. Bathroom is in the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstand, dresser and walk-in closet with shelving. Two walls are windows/doors to the balcony with fantastic views. They both have blinds. The master bath has one sink and a shower. The water pressure in both showers is amazing. It does a great job washing the sand and sunscreen off! All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two thermostats, one for each level for your comfort. The location of this beach house is perfect. You can walk to restaurants.

Amazing Property!!

We had a wonderful few days at this absolutely beautiful property. Could not have asked for a better location on the beach. House was immaculate and had plenty of space for 5 adult family members. Loved the porches as well as the additional garage space. Would highly recommend! Our only suggestion would be to ensure the living room tv worked and replace the ironing board which was not usable. This certainly didn’t make a difference to us but may help future renters. Great vacation!!
