It is located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant The Deck featuring unique coastal cuisine. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA and Library. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants. This condo offers a modern coastal feel and updated furnishings which will make guests feel right at home. The living room is comfortably furnished, offers spectacular views, access to the covered balcony, a 42in flat-screen TV with wireless Bluray player which allows for access to your Netflix account to stream content, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen offers all of the modern amenities. There are a full-size washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use. Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King, 42in flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed and bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, with both furnished with 26in flat-screen TVs. This condo has Wireless Internet for guest use. There\`s covered garage parking for 2 cars. Bike racks are available for use with locks. You can bring your own bike or rent while visiting Tybee; it\`s the best way to see the island. There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island! Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity. BUT, upon arriving we learned that the washing machine and dishwasher (two critical amenities) did not work. After requesting a service call, we were informed that a part for the washing machine was ordered the week prior and had not come in yet. This should have been disclosed to us prior as we packed planning to be able to wash clothes! What a great condo! The remodeled floor and kitchen were beautiful and so clean. The linens were clean and comfortable and the decor was bright and enjoyable. The view is perfect off both balconies and the proximity to the pool is awesome! We have stayed in this set of condo since 2003 and this is the first time in this specific one. (Love when everything is fresh and matching!) Beachy decor, well laid out. Loved the outdoor space with beautiful sunrise views of the water. Easy, quick walk to the beach. I am already looking forward to renting it again next summer. So cute and comfy. Very convenient to the beach and town. The ice maker wasn’t working but there were plenty of ice trays so it wasn’t a big deal.
