“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……

“Das Personal stets sehr bemüht und war bei allen Problemen sofort anwesend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr viele vor Ort und einfach zu erreichen. Die Pools sind sehr sauber und werden immer geprüft, ob das Wasser noch passt. Der Wellnessbereich dazu ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre.”

“The room was beautiful and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and kind to us. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I was disappointed in the hot tub as it was freshly clean but never reached a hot enough temperature to get in and I’m pretty sure half the water leaked out. ”

“The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”

“Zimmer sind ausreichend Groß und einladend. Der Zimmersafe ist allerdings winzig. Es gibt keine Schränke für die Sachen und im Bad fehlt eine aktive Be-/Entlüftung. Dadurch Schimmel/ Stockflecken in den Ecken. Das größte Ärgernis war aber der Roomservice. Das Zimmer wurde nie vormittags gereinigt... Zum Teil erst weit nach 15 Uhr. So das man von seinen Ausflügen zurück kam und dann dem Personal im Weg war. Die Reinigung des Zimmer war nur unzureichend. Ecken wurden ignoriert es wurde nur sehr……

“We were able to leave our luggage there early in the day. Do some site seeing then check in latter in the day. Host had problem with damage frm previous guest. Put us in another room until room was ready.”
