“I was put in a room and they had workers doing construction work ON MY BALCONY. you know, cutting metal with a saw, painting the fence, installing tent. So I was in a room with 4 men on my balcony peering inside for 8 hours/day. A lot of noise and smell from painting. I had multiple discussions with the property, explaining to them that that was unacceptable. They offered to change my room but only after two days because they were full. “The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”

“The room was beautiful and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and kind to us. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I was disappointed in the hot tub as it was freshly clean but never reached a hot enough temperature to get in and I’m pretty sure half the water leaked out. ”

“The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years.”

“We were able to leave our luggage there early in the day. Do some site seeing then check in latter in the day. Host had problem with damage frm previous guest. Put us in another room until room was ready.”

“Zimmer sind ausreichend Groß und einladend. Der Zimmersafe ist allerdings winzig. Es gibt keine Schränke für die Sachen und im Bad fehlt eine aktive Be-/Entlüftung. Dadurch Schimmel/ Stockflecken in den Ecken. Das größte Ärgernis war aber der Roomservice. Das Zimmer wurde nie vormittags gereinigt... Zum Teil erst weit nach 15 Uhr. So das man von seinen Ausflügen zurück kam und dann dem Personal im Weg war. Die Reinigung des Zimmer war nur unzureichend. Ecken wurden ignoriert es wurde nur sehr……
