“My son and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ralf. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, with restaurants, shops, and many attractions close by. There are quite a few stairs and hills to navigate, but we considered them a great daily workout!

J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander. Mon expérience a été excellente du début à la fin grâce à un service client d’une qualité remarquable.
Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Hamida et Nawel, qui ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Hamida, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Elle a été d’un soutien précieux tout au long de mon séjour et a su rendre cette expérience encore……
“Very good location and buffet breakfast. The room was quiet and a reasonable size. The bathroom would benefit from a refurb with better ventilation. There was some mould in the shower.

A l’accueil (hall bien sombre et sans clim, l'agent d’accueil m'informe que la resa de Expedia ne tombe que le lendemain chez, et que je suis obligé d'avance une caution de garanti plein tarif de l’hébergement, chose que j'ai accepté, mais……
