The room was modern and very clean. Bathroom was nice and functional. My only complaint would be the restaurant. We came into the restaurant around 7:45. We ordered juice a salad from starter. It took about 30 minutes to get both. Salad was very good. There were only 4 others in the restaurant. We ordered our entrees before the salad came. We waited about an hour before the entrees came. The grilled chicken was dry and over cooked greatly. Purée bananas were good.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I paid for the first night when I checked in and the hotel staff told me I could pay for my 2nd night/remaining balance on my check out but instead they deactivated our keys on the 2nd day and we were unable us to get in to our room at the end of the day. I went downstairs and they said ours keys were deactivated because the 2nd day was not paid. The hotel staff should have told me to pay in full the 2nd night but instead the hotel opted to lock us outside our room. I found this hotel attitude very disrespectful with their guests.
