This stay was the absolute best my partner and I have had ever had in Bali. The service was AMAZING. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond - no request we had was too much. One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds.

We loved the stay. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The only thing is sometimes they all try to help whenever they see us standing there or trying to get the bill so we had to repeat our room number to multiple staff every time whenever someone tries to help, as the first question is always what’s your room number. I don’t mind but sometimes I have to repeat three times. Everyone is super nice though.

Nice size of rooms. Good service. Big swimming pool. The resort has a small size. It is more an hotel than a resort. The rooms have no Balinese authenticity. It is a pure Westin stereotype of rooms.
