“The staff is super nice. This rating would have been a four or five except that there are some critical things that are fails; 1. The room smelled like old cigarette and when we walked down the hallways multiple rooms had active smokers at night. Which means the hotel doesn’t reinforce “no-smoking” policy. My sinus suffered. 2. They told me we had access to the hotel parking lot, after 3 days of use they informed me it costs €30 per day!!!! Not before… even though I called to ask before……

“I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

“Super schönes, modernes Appartment. Pool und Außenanlagen sehr schön. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit die einzigen Gäste. Wenn mehr Gäste da sind, kann es etwas hellhörig sein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin wohnt oben drüber in einer Wohnung und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sie sorgt stets für Ordnung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!”
