“English was not something known and that’s totally fine if we had gotten phones out at least to chat about why I’m getting charged for a second person (I think that’s why) when I got two rooms. Two rooms is two people on average so that was a little frustrating but overall clean and good location for what we needed.”

“This is a water park with a hotel attached to it. It ain't a proper hotel-hotel. The staff is confused by simple hotel-hotel questions, and some things are missing, like a hotel bar. But the value was good (note that we were there outside of the peek water park-season). The breakfast was pretty decent. And it was a good stayover on our two day drive.”

“My friends and I rented 3 rooms. All smelled like smoke, even though they were non-smoking. One friend couldnt sleep because of the construction late at night. The other friend had to move rooms bc her window wouldnt close all the way. My room had massive shower leaks bc the rubber was missing from bottom of glass door. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The water bottles, snacks, and coffee were nice touches, too.”

“無料の機械式駐車場だったが、レクチャー無しで利用するのは難しかった。部屋は広く快適だったがテレビの使い方が分からなかった。冷凍庫に前客の食べかけアイスが入っていた。また、霜が多く入れるスペースはほとんど無かった。部屋のクリーニングを依頼して外出したが、戻るとクリーニングされていなかった。水のペットボトル4本サービスは良かった。 電話でスタッフに連絡すると、助けてくれたり、素早く対応していただけたのは助かった。”

“This place is okay for a couple or friends hanging out there, not family friendly. Room has a smell of cigarettes which bothers us the most. Building needs to be maintained.”
